Returns
We accept returns only within 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this 30-day period, no returns will be accepted for any reason.
- If the item arrives damaged or malfunctions, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other reasons (such as a change of mind), a 20% restocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
To start a return, please email us at info@authenticoutboardparts.com within the 30-day window. We’ll guide you through the process and work to issue your refund or arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.
Powerhead Purchases
Warranty coverage for powerhead purchases applies exclusively to the powerhead unit itself. Any accessories that may be included with certain powerheads are sold “as-is” and are not covered by the warranty. All included accessories come without any guarantee or warranty protection.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are generally not permitted. If you decide after checkout that you no longer want the item, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to cancel the order. We strongly recommend reviewing all product photos, descriptions, and details carefully before completing your purchase.
